The high clearance tower is a standard scaffold tower which employs a set of high clearance frames at the base of the tower instead of bracing poles. This allows access beneath the tower. This is ideal for bridging over garden walls or hedges, or for keeping shop doorways free whilst working above. These frames come in lengths of 2.5m or 1.8m and the maximum clearance height is 2.2m.
CPA Terms & Conditions
Under the terms of hire contract, the plant is hired under Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA), please find copies attached.

Under the terms and conditions of hire, once the machine has either been delivered to site or collected from one of our depot you “the customer” assumes all responsibility for the safe use and daily checks of the machine under the “CPA model conditions of hire”.
This includes all loss and damage that could occur through its use.
